Anisha Acharya is a film editor whose work spans fiction and documentary. She moved to LA from Bangalore, India in 2012 to study editing at the American Film Institute, where her thesis film “Day One”, a war drama-thriller, was nominated for an Academy Award.
Her credits include afro-futurist sci-fi musical, “Neptune Frost”, comedic drama “Bob Trevino Likes It”, starring Barbie Ferreira and John Leguizamo, and romantic drama "High Tide". Anisha thrives on immersing herself in stories with nuanced characters and perspectives, and in the chase to create something of lasting value, much of which she derives from her collaborations.
